Smartalec On The Track was born Alec Daniel Sartain on November 28, 1991 on Thanksgiving morning in Kansas City, MO. Growing up his grandfather played piano in a band named &#34;Butch &amp; The Bunch&#34; who taught him piano &amp; music theory. Fast forward a few years and Alec got his hands on Fruity Loops Studio 3, he then began sound programming &amp; taking the steps towards engineering.
