Sniwt and the Kuyumads

A five-piece Filipino band hailing from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, Sniwt and the Kuyumads formed in January 2024 and has started carving out a presence among audiences across their hometown and beyond.

With each member bringing their own influences to the table, the band isn’t afraid to stir unexpected flavors, crafting earworms that feel distinct without straying too far from pop’s core appeal. Each song pulls you in with a mix of the familiar and the unexpected—hooky and vibrant, yet unmistakably theirs.

Their debut single, Prinsesa Laura, sets the tone: bouncy and whimsical, with hints of jazz and blues wrapped in pop rock. Beneath the playful surface, the song delves into the pressure, control, and generational disconnect in the parent-child relationship, making its storybook charm feel a little sharper.

With their latest release, Dahil Panaginip Ka, the band shifts to a saccharine, cutesy love song that captures the charm and silliness of a youthful crush—showcasing a different side of their musical range while staying true to their signature quirk.
