SOBCHAK is a Desert-Rock-Band from Muotathal, Switzerland.
Simply assigning SOBCHAK to one style would be too easy. Obviously the roots of their music are to be found in desert rock. For over 10 years the members were on the road as PYUSS (2007-2017), a cover band of the stoner rock pioneers KYUSS. The deep tuning and groove have remained since the formation in 2012, but as Josh continued to evolve with QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, SOBCHAK always came up with new ideas with their own songs. In 2017 they released their debutalbum "MARK IT ZERO", followed by the EP "DEAF, CUT AND CALM" in 2020. After the split-up in 2022, they released with EXIT one last song in january 2023.
