Introducing Sonorous, a dynamic youth aged aspiring show band hailing from Taupo, New Zealand. This talented trio consists of a lead guitarist/vocalist (Lucian McDermott), bass player (Kahni Te Mete) and drummer (Cooper Paalvast). With their huge passion & love for all styles of music, especially Blues, they bring a raw, soul/bluesy/rock sound that resonates with audiences of all ages.
Opportunities have been forthcoming for Sonorous and they’ve managed to secure some big spots on the festival stages in 2023 & 2024! The time & dedication they’ve spent crafting their own sound & style shows in their performances & they are determined to carve their own path in the world of music.
They’ve just released 2 new singles “Shame & Misrule” and “Foolish Love Game” which is available now on all streaming platforms. Recorded at Studio 11b and mastered by Primal Mastering.
