Sonya Amaru is a mystical medicine singer whose roots span North and South: born to a Native American father and a Shipibo healer mother from the Amazon. Living in Santa Fe, Sonya channels the wisdom of both lineages, weaving ancestral chants, Spanglish, Quechua, and hypnotic rhythms into lush, cinematic soundscapes. Her music is a living prayer — an invitation to awaken, heal, and remember the spirit that connects us all.
