Soraiya is a songwriter from Vancouver, Canada who grew up singing Indian devotional songs and studying Western classical music. In 2017, while recovering from a major illness, she released her folk-country album "That Last Tear". Since then, Soraiya has released a children's album (2020), and a series of records and music videos with her American rock band Hard Redemption (www.hardredemption.com). She lives near Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, hit songwriter Michael Anderson ("Maybe It Was Memphis"). Follow @Soraiya on YouTube.
