SoulChild was born in Přerov, Czech Republic, with Czech and Slovak roots. At the age of five, he moved to the Netherlands, following his stepdad’s path. His love for music started early, thanks to his brother’s best friend—a producer who introduced him to the world of beat-making and taught him the ropes.
Heavily inspired by the golden eras of R&B and hip-hop, SoulChild’s sound blends the smooth nostalgia of ‘90s/‘00s classics with the energy and evolution of 2010s music. His production style is deeply rooted in soul, groove, and emotion, aiming to create a bridge between the past and the present.
After years of working behind the scenes, sending out beats, and waiting on artists’ schedules, SoulChild decided to take matters into his own hands. Rather than letting delays hold back his creative vision, he chose to release music as a producer—curating projects that bring his ideas to life. His goal is to showcase his unique sound and collaborate with artists he truly believes in, delivering music that feels authentic and timeless.
