SoundBoyz, the electrifying duo of Jose Mendoza and Raul Cardenas, are pioneering the fusion of Latin music with their EDM roots. Hailing from Mexico and Orlando, Florida, respectively, Jose and Raul’s paths crossed 15 years ago, a friendship and musical partnership kindled over the early days of Instagram.

From exchanging music ideas over AOL & Skype to mastering the art of production on Ableton Live & Logic Pro, SoundBoyz’s journey from passionate teenagers to acclaimed artists is a testament to their dedication and love for music

Influenced by giants like Skrillex, the gritty sounds of UK House, and the lyrical depth of Latin urban acts like Peso Pluma and Nothing, Nowhere, SoundBoyz have carved a niche that’s distinctly their own.

Their early triumph in remix contests for Mad Decent, Diplo’s label, marked the beginning of a remarkable career that saw them signing with Buygore Records in Los Angeles, CA. Their music—a compelling mix of Latin vocals and House/Pop production—stands out for its unique blend of cultural rhythms and EDM innovation.

Currently, SoundBoyz are in the studio, collaborating with notable artists like Vikina, SeanG, Leslie Shaw, and Matt Steffanina, preparing their next wave of Latin/House tracks that promise to electrify dance floors and and working with their new team AGM Ent.
