SV came into existence in the mid 2000s while its creator Asa was conducting a series of experiments on himself seeking to treat his ptsd with sound. A hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner turned sonic mystic, Asa built sourcevibrations.com into a hi-rez multidimensional musical distribution platform with guided hypnosis and meditation sessions, courses, and a binaural beat meditation training program called "Harmonic Mind" to support listeners in their healing and self-development practices.
