Space Elevator

Space Elevator fronted by flamboyant lead singer The Duchess, received widespread acclaim for their self titled debut album in 2015 with the band producing a contemporary rock album drawing on the influences of the best and biggest bands in rock history.
Space Elevator perform well crafted rock songs with great dynamics and powerful playing which support lush vocal harmonies and instantly memorable melodies, delivered brilliantly by the Duchess.
The band was formed by guitarist David Young along with The Duchess with the line up being completed by Brian Greene on drums and Chas Maguire on bass guitar.
The band collaborated in 2017 with Canadian space company Thoth Technology who hvae designed and patented the world's first twenty kilometer high space elevator.
The video to the lead single from Space Elevator II , released in 2018 was shot at Thoth's facility and debut album opener "Elevator" has been selected as the official theme song of the Thoth Tower.
Space Elevator II entered the official UK Rock Chart top 40 in the summer of 2018.
