Sparrows and Crows

Eric Toribio started writing music in 2001 after purchasing his own guitar at age 13. He went through various monikers throughout the following years before settling on Sparrows and Crows in the year 2008. Toribio released the first album as Sparrows and Crows (self-titled) in 2009. The following year he wrote 12 songs in 12 days during the first week of December and released 12 Days of Christmas as his first and only Christmas album. In 2011, Toribio released a slew of albums during a prolific writing period. He collaborated with friend Dan Van Matre for his magnum opus <a href="spotify:album:34xyvKoTGLBTFMQeU7tuki" data-name="Something I Realized, As If In a Dream">Something I Realized, As If In a Dream</a> in 2012. The production value for this album increased dramatically. Later that year, he wrote an album for his then girlfriend, now wife, called <a href="spotify:album:1fp1Rp8pgsIVL3lqL6BA0f" data-name="The World Bends">The World Bends</a>. Originally intended for her exclusively, he finally released it to the public in 2017 at her request. In 2018 he released a new album after finding a bunch of recorded songs from little projects that never went anywhere. He also has 2 mixtapes from a rap side project dubbed Sparrows and Flows.
