Springbar are an Alt Rock/Indie band that have been playing in and around the Northwest of England since 2017.
Originally forming in Skelmersdale, these lads have enjoyed playing venues around Merseyside and Lancashire area, which drew the attention of huge platforms, including BBC Introducing: Merseyside. Perhaps what is most admirable about the band, aside from their entrancing tones and gut-busting beats, is the charisma they bring to every single performance. These 5 lads have more chemistry than Walter White, the energy on display truly is a sight to behold, which is a product of the confidence the band have in their own sound. The fact that these lads can bring life and charm to any stage they set foot on, is testament to their collective “f**k it, let’s have it” attitude, which has developed as a result of the hungry mindset that the band have.
2020 seen released on 7th February. ‘Like a Brother’ is somewhat of a new sound for Springbar, fusing synth pop with their signature 70s blues licks to explore the nature of fraternity and generally just being skint!
Along with this we've seen another release 'If I'm in Trouble' on 13th November. Trying to push the boat out to further unexplored territory for the lads. Plunging their audience into a lucid dream-like experience throughout the verses, it snaps them back into reality with a punchy chorus that delves into lyrical themes of promiscuity and hopeless romanticism.
