A thick, stabby thorn in the side of the American celtic punk scene, St. George's Folly is a motley crew of attractive, moderately talented, and more-or-less stable musicians of dubious moral fiber but sunny disposition. Painstakingly assembled from an assortment of orphanages and slaughterhouses (and one building which was a horrific combination of the two), the various members of this definitely-not-a-real-gang have run afoul of most international law enforcement agencies at one point or another since the group's inception in 2017.

First announcing their odious presence to the world with the 'hit' single Old Jim's Eulogy, SGF's collective profile has ridden a four-year roller coaster which at times saw them performing at festivals, and at other times in basements for an audience of one guy who was holding the keys to the exit.

Having gone fully dormant for almost all of the pandemic, SGF is blowing the dust off and stretching all eleven of its real legs (and one peg leg, which nobody in the band likes to talk about). 2023 promises a second album, barrels full of whiskey and beer, and good times for everyone!
