Stallone

The undeniable presence of guitars. The density of movement, propelled by rhythmic gravity. The way a melody blends in. How words become a story and motif turns into song: pushing forward, crashing, breathing.

The members of stallone have been playing guitar-driven music in numerous bands in the Frankfurt/Main area since the mid-nineties, and they know that genre really matters not as long as the amplifier is properly set and the heart is beating faster. Working title until further notice: Post-Stoner-After-Math-Rock.

stallone were founded in 2011 and have been playing together in the current line-up since 2022. As a follow-up to their self-recorded debut EP "All The Way", released digitally via Bacillus Records/Bellaphon in 2018. stallone released their second self-recorded EP "Facade", which was mixed and mastered by Dirk Buro at db tonstudio Hofheim/Taunus (Germany), in September 2023.
