The grand, majestic sound of URBINA JONES AND THE HONKY TONK MARIACHI is fresh, classic, and full of joy as the notes, the arrangement, the production, and the beautiful URBINA JONES voice make a monster hit new again. "JOYAS DE VAQUERA" is the new, reimagined, feminine version of the 1973 international hit "RHINESTONE COWBOY" by Glenn Campbell. URBINA JONES requested permission from the writer Larry Weiss and his publisher to refresh the song, both in English and in Spanish. The new Spanish translation by Dulce Maria Soto (Maria D'Luz) and sung by Urbina Jones resulted in a glorious new single with a beauty and a brilliance of its own.
