Born and raised in Newfoundland, Canada, Steven Bowers is currently in production for his next full length studio album due for release later this year. His previous effort, 2019's Elk Island Park, received significant airplay on CBC, specialty and folk radio programs across Canada and was nominated for an East Coast Music Award (ECMA) for Contemporary Roots Recording of the Year. His song Comfortably Sweet (Circadian Anthem EP, 2009) appeared in CBC's Heartland, and 2005's With All My Might, Goodnight featuring in Toronto International Film Festival Best Independent Film winner Roaming. Steven currently lives in High Prairie, AB with his wife and daughter.
