Storm was a German Trance music duo consisting of classically trained musician & producer Rolf Ellmer (Jam El Mar/Jam), and producer & DJ Markus Löffel (Mark Spoon). Active from 1998 to 2001 the duo achieved international success with singles such as Time To Burn, Storm, and Stormanimal, taken from their first and only studio album - Stormjunkie. Based on an idea by Löffel's girlfriend Stella, the two producers credited themselves as Trancy Spacer & Spacy Trancer for all Storm releases.

Besides Storm Rolf Ellmer and Markus Löffel were know for their international acclaimed electronic music project, Jam & Spoon as well as Tokyo Ghetto Pussy.
