My name is Pablo Sturba Golan. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1989 — but music has taught me what Drexler once put into words: that we are never fully from one place, but a little from everywhere. That’s probably why I live in Barcelona now. Who knows where I’ll be in a few months?
Choral singing found me when I was five, opening not just an infinite artistic path, but also a time-travel journey through centuries of music and its many forms. Since then, my life has been sound. I studied piano, voice, and eventually composition.
Still, beyond any theory, I’ve always tried to translate what my mind and heart need to say — through the language of notes.
I’ve grown, changed my haircut a few times, loved deeply, broken a little, collected instruments and stories. For a long time, I felt my name was “Suplatonico,” and that there was only one right way to place the voice. I’ve played on big stages like the Gran Rex and the Teatro Coliseo, and in countless small bars and cultural centers across Argentina and Europe.
Now I feel more reflective, shapeshifting, nomadic. Secure in the insecurity, at peace with the unknown. I simply follow the rhythm of the tide.
Thanks for being here.
