STRAIGHT OUTTA MONTREAL, Sudden Waves is a melodic punk hardcore band. Sometimes aggressive, sometimes nostalgic, they conquered Canada's scene since the release of their first EP “Meet Me Halfway”.
In addition to sharing the stage with a panoply of bands such as Killswitch Engage, Emmure, Polaris, Alpha Wolf, Counterparts, For The Fallen Dreams & STYG, they played several major festivals, such as Festival d'Été de Québec, Montebello Rockfest, Music4Cancer and Envol & Macadam.
Since they signed with the record label Hell for Breakfast in 2020, the quintet have never looked back and have gone into productive mode to compile an impressive number of release which is the perfect representation of their hardwork & grit.
