Sunrise Skater Kids is a fictional pop-punk band from Baltimore created by YouTube comedian <a href="spotify:artist:3zLWOB0I86EiVgG5NrX1ht" data-name="Jarrod Alonge">Jarrod Alonge</a>. The band first appeared on Alonge's 2015 debut comedy album, <a href="spotify:album:3Qtn8pjLcV4wzfsjfvxexg" data-name="Beating a Dead Horse: Deluxe Ultra-Limited Exclusive Undead Edition">Beating a Dead Horse: Deluxe Ultra-Limited Exclusive Undead Edition</a>, a "compilation" that featured parodies of metalcore, screamo, emo, and other subgenres of rock. Sunrise Skater Kids' debut LP, <a href="spotify:album:70qCDAdDaIGTrzREj9AWXT" data-name="Friendville">Friendville</a>, was released in early 2016 and went on to top the Billboard Comedy chart and rose close to the Top Ten of the Heatseekers chart. After a 5 year hiatus, the band has returned with new vocalist Clay Agnew (<a href="spotify:artist:3oowL7W1MZdF4Ve5ynkeYR" data-name="Foxchase">Foxchase</a>).
