Breathing life into the nostalgic sounds of shoegaze and dream pop, Kaurna Land / Adelaide based outfit Sunsick Daisy quickly captured audiences with their effortless energy and genre-diverse sound.
Since their debut single <a href="spotify:album:3qBGFzBYZxEnEZoPl9IU58" data-name="Someone Like You">Someone Like You</a> placed them as Triple J Unearthed High finalists in 2022, Sunsick Daisy have been unstoppable - selling out several headline shows and sharing stages with the likes of The Lemonheads (USA), Feeder (UK), Ball Park Music, The Buoys and more.
The widely acclaimed <a href="spotify:album:3cYXuU0UGol3h60ss08ilJ" data-name="It'll Be Alright">It'll Be Alright</a> from the band’s 2025 sophomore EP <a href="spotify:album:2aQeUriQhEnlGMwKstzQUD" data-name="Yonder">Yonder</a> earned rotation on KEXP and triple j Unearthed as well as receiving heavy airplay on triple j and community radio across Australia. The EP was praised by Rolling Stone, Happy Mag, The Music, Backseat Mafia and more, as well as being added to a slew of playlists like Adrenaline, All New Rock and Surf Rock Sunshine on Spotify and New Music Daily and Heaps Indie on Apple Music.
With new bassist Ella Phillips joining founding members Kane Gabell and Sarah Grainger, the next era of Sunsick Daisy is quickly shaping up to be their most inspired yet.
