Sweetside is a Hamilton-based indie pop/rock band whose sound blends catchy pop melodies with the energy of indie rock. Drawing from artists like Dominic Fike, The Backseat Lovers, The Strokes, and Justin Bieber, the four-piece brings together a range of musical influences to create a sound of their own. Their energetic live show has taken them to venues like the Horseshoe Tavern and the Rivoli, as well as festivals like NXNE and the CNE. The band released their debut single “Dimes” in May 2026, followed by “Not My Type,” a fan favourite at their shows that now has the band’s first official music video. With more new music in the works, Sweetside is continuing to build on that momentum both onstage and in the studio.
