Syd Duran is the lead singer of Los Angeles Rock band Valora. In 2007, Syd signed a recording contract with Hollywood Records and went on her first tour opening up for the Jonas Brothers in 2008. Syd Duran is the featured vocalist on Breaking Benjamin's remix of their single "Blow Me Away" off their greatest hits album, landing at #5 on the Rock Chart.
Syd teamed up with Coke Youngblood in 2017 to write new music to release as a solo artist. Her single "Dust and Bone" is featured in Ron Howard new dramedy "68 Whiskey" on Paramount Network. Her music has also been featured in a 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup commercial and various TV series on STARZ, AMC, E!, ABC, MTV, Syfy, FOX, CMT and Discovery Channel.
"Betrayal" is the featured song in the official Iron Harvest launch trailer by Deep Silver.
Syd's upcoming release "Queen Bee" is out April 30th! Listen for it in episodes of The Titan Games and Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
