Tamara Mandl is an Austrian pianist and composer, now based in Sydney, Australia. With roots in classical music and a deep affinity for emotional storytelling, she creates cinematic piano compositions that blends ambient textures with raw, heartfelt melodies.

Her most personal work to date, Behind Her Smiles, is an album dedicated to those who suffer, or have suffered, in silence. Tamara creates for anyone who’s felt lost in the dark, offering each piece as a gentle reminder that, no matter how heavy life feels, beauty awaits on the other side. Her music is meant to be that bridge — a portal to healing, just as it was for her.

She is also part of the Chromium x Classics series with Chromium Music Group — a curated anthology reimagining classical masterpieces through a modern, cinematic lens.
