TAMMA is a singer, songwriter from New Zealand who’s music was first described by music magazine ‘Pile Rats’ as high-flying, bright-eyed pop, has spent a mix of her time between NZ and Australia and USA.
TAMMA began writing soulful pop tunes after recovering from vocal surgery and released her first single ‘Beat You Down’ in 2018 a song she wrote after the loss of her nephew. It quickly became a regular on commercial radio across the HIT network in Australia and featured as Ash London’s ‘Live and Local’ buzz track. It was #1 on Apple Music Italy and added to 15 Spotify curated playlists. Beat You Down continues to appear in TV shows like Home and Away and frequents retail shops across NZ and Australia.
In mid-2019 TAMMA released a collaboration ‘We Know Better’ with US producers before teaming up with acclaimed producer Konstantin Kersting (Tones and I, Mallrat, Jungle Giants) to record her EP ‘We’re still here’ which she released the first single ‘Tongue Tied’ from in October 2020.
It landed a spot on Spotifys local list NZ.

TAMMA splits her time between living in small coastal town on her family's avocado farm in the North Island, NZ to city life in LA.
