Tan Taşçı is a Turkish singer-songwriter known for his powerful tenor voice and emotional blend of modern pop, arabesque, and traditional influences. Born in Hannover and raised in Ankara, he studied Opera and Vocal Performance before launching his career with “Rica Ederim” in 2005. He has since become one of the most streamed and performed artists in Turkey.

With albums like “Sözümü Tutamadım,” “Yıldızlarda Kayar,” “İşaret,” “Taş Yürek,” and “Sevmek Yetmiyor Bazen,” Taşçı created a signature sound shaped by heartfelt lyrics and expressive melodies. His hit singles — including fan favorites like “Benim Gibi Olmayacak,” “Nasıl Seveceğim,” “Paşa Paşa,”“Ona Söyle,” and “Dur” — strengthened his influence across the Turkish music scene.

As a songwriter, he has written for major artists such as Demet Akalın, Serdar Ortaç, Funda Arar, Ebru Yaşar, Sibel Can, Seda Sayan and Rubato. His live projects, especially “Söz & Müzik: Tan Taşçı,” first performed in 2019, and “Tan Taşçı ve Başkanlar Korosu,” expanded his reach with sold-out shows across Turkey and Europe.

In 2016, he founded his label TCTVL. His 2025 album “Sende De Benden Var” featured the standout track “Yok Başka Hayalim,” embraced as a new highlight in his catalog.

A longtime vegan, Taşçı is also known for his advocacy for animal rights and environmental awareness.

Today, he remains one of Turkey’s most influential contemporary voices, reaching millions with his emotional performances and distinctive songwriting.
