Taking influence from ‘60s garage rock, ‘80s post punk, and ‘90s indie, Seattle’s Tea Cozies create a cyclone of reverb-drenched guitars, she to she vocals, and surf rock beats.
Vocalist/guitarists Jessi Reed and Brady Harvey met in high school in Colorado and relocated to Seattle, Washington where they recruited bassist Jeff Anderson (Moon Dial) and later, drummer Garrett Croxon (Fleet Foxes) with the final lineup cemented in 2010.
Touring, gigging, and writing music from 2006-2017, Tea Cozies have released a number of EPs, singles, and albums working with acclaimed Northwest producers Erik Blood (Tacocat, Shabazz Palaces) and later, Kurt Bloch (The Fastbacks, Mudhoney, TAD).
