Thanh Cong Dinh is a Vietnamese-American songwriter, producer, and inventor who was born in Hanoi and immigrated to Florida in his early childhood. Struck by his love for art and science, he produced lofi hip hop beats while tackling school and research.

Thanh’s research has been published on USA Today, CBS News, Forbes, and the Journal of Biomedical Materials Research. His music has been discovered on popular Spotify editorial playlists including Fresh Finds Vietnam, New Music Friday Vietnam, and This is 88rising.

Thanh achieved his Ph.D. at the Florida A&M University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Institute of Public Health. He and his research team at FAMU were the first in the United States of America to 3D print human corneas in high production to potentially address the global shortage of corneal transplants and to reduce the need for animal testing in cosmetic & drug development. He is co-inventor of two 3D printing patents (U.S. Patent No. 11,806,930 & 12,179,429) and researched medical cannabis in combination with chemotherapy for the treatment of various cancers.

Thanh is currently a Research Biologist at the United States Army Medical Research ICD.
