The Base Coats (TBC) are a dirty blues rock band. Hard and fast, their great live show energy smashes straight outta the harsh and gritty mangroves of Mackay in tropical North Queensland. Throw in some sultry soul, four-part harmonies and you can hear that they just love playing music together. TBC had a blistering start when the won the regional Passport To Airlie Final and went on to wow audiences at The Airlie Beach Festival of Music.
