Originally from the northern splendors of Alaska, songwriters Patrick Eblen (Dead Language, Dopiate, Driveline) in Seattle and Kelly Roberts (Driveline, Outlet) in Anchorage have reunited during these dark days to bring new music into the world through their project The Carrion Crows.
Taking influence from an eclectic amalgamation of artists that include Pantera, The Mars Volta, Faith No More and 36 Crazyfists, The Carrion Crows paint with wide strokes. Balancing the melodic and technical with the dynamic and powerful, their blend of hardcore and progressive metal has been described as "Killswitch meets Thrice." Sprawling, genre-defying compositions; paired with introspective lyrics and chaotic delivery separate the Carrion Crows from the crowd.
