The one-man band Celebrity Pilots is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Chris Sheehan. Formerly of the indie rock band <a href="spotify:artist:6JRMNDFEMROuSmHMUZrQ5D">the All Golden</a>, Sheehan started the Celebrity Pilots in late 2003. Sheehan builds upon the experimental, space rock style of his former band for a cohesive pop set. Beneath the Pavement, a Beach! was issued on Sunken Treasure in fall 2005. When Sheehan isn't fronting the Celebrity Pilots, he balances his time between touring as a keyboard player with Bob Pollard and session work with <a href="spotify:artist:45kP7I8mYfpfSm7NVRuyoM">Doug Gillard</a>. ~ MacKenzie Wilson, Rovi
