The Clover Fold

Hailing from the collision of southeast South Dakota and southwest Minnesota, The Clover Fold is a six-piece songwriting cooperative of multi-instrumentalists whose personal tales and collective songs are forged in the lush humid heat of Midwest summers and quenched in the bleak bitter freeze of great plains winters. Original songs, sharing unique perspectives on the age-old topics of life, love, and loss, are richly layered with full harmonies while aspects of classic americana, outlaw country, and traditional folk weave throughout. Though having performed together on a number of premiere stages over the years in a complex Venn Diagram of regional acts, this line-up fully formed in 2021. “Windfall,” their first full length album, was released in May 2024.
