A grim and apocalyptic soundtrack to the end of all things.
Among the vanguard of the Wisconsin Black Metal Movement, The Cold Beyond was given life in August of 1998. The band was originally known as Dead By Morning until the name was changed to The Cold Beyond in November of 1999. For nearly 30 years, the band has fiercely continued to carve out their own path exploring ever further into the deep and endless dark. Ignoring the trends and limitations that have become increasingly common among lesser bands, TCB have long remained a grim and spiked fist in the face of the mundane orthodoxy that currently plagues the modern black metal realm. Forever possessed by the utter desolation and somber reflection that is their dark art, TCB are uncompromising and ever evolving; The Stormborn.
