In a time where rock music has almost completely lost it’s identity, The Danbees appear to be one of the last remaining outfits that take their insular medium seriously. Driven by a thick rhythm section, and complemented by dual guitars and gritty vocals, they have become what rock and roll is for the modern era.
Now based in NYC, The Danbees were formed by Ithaca College classmates, Mark Slotoroff and Michael “Wade” Mcmanus in 2014. Upon graduation they recruited the talents of their high school friends, Shane Matthews and Sam Enright, to make the band what it is today.
