The Kopycat is an indie pop band which is mainly influenced by 50s - 70s music. Our members are Mariah Mu (Mu) - Vocal, Pornpipat Maleepun (Pond) - Bassist and Tanid Sintaratana (Ham) - Guitar & Vocal.
In 2020, The Kopycat began to covered songs from the 50s-70s as well as produced their own songs. Their first single My Baby (2020) followed by A Night Ride (2020) and Painting (2020), which made The Kopycat became well-known in both Thai and International Indie music scenes.
In 2021, The Kopycat plans to launch their first album with modern musical mood and tone. Since their debut, they usually produced their songs in vintage and oldies vibes. On the other hands, for their coming album, they use synthesizers and contemporary arrangement, which was produced by Boripat Saengsiri (FOLK9, Quicksand Bed).
