Son Of A Policeman is an indiepop band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Formed in 2012, the band played at small open mics and university events – and exploded into the public eye in 2016, when in the same year alone they got the opportunity to open for Scottish synth-pop act CHVRCHES and play at the Rockaway festival, which was headlined by Third Eye Blind, Taking Back Sunday, and the Get Up Kids. That year, their first two singles, "Euphoria" and "Colours Of The Skin", were released on YouTube and Soundcloud, and debuted on Spotify and iTunes in 2018.
