The Macs are a four-piece indie rock band from the coastal city of Portsmouth. Fronted by singer-songwriter Tommy Mac, the band brings music lovers to venues across the country. The Macs take influence from the late 2000s UK indie era such as Jamie T, Catfish and the Bottlemen, The Kooks and Arctic Monkeys with their own twist . The band's thrilling live performances make you feel you are a part of something special. A refreshing sound and energy which transcends the stage and encompasses the audience. Filled with Tommy’s melodic guitar chords, Jake’s funky bass lines, all tied together with the relentless drive of George’s drums and Corey’s mixture of explosive yet ear massaging riffs and solos

They have played all across England including two sell-out hometown shows, London and Southampton Headline shows. They have gained attraction from BBC introducing and hit the top 5 in local charts including #1 for two consecutive weeks as well as regular radio play on many other stations. They were voted Portsmouths Original Act of the Year by Weekend Offender Records earlier this year.
