Emerging from Almere, The Netherlands, The Medicines are an inventive guitar-wave band that blends dark, brooding vocals with effect-driven staccato guitar, energetic bass and psychedelic synthesizers. Heavenly rooted in the ‘80s music scene, yet reshaped in their own distinctive style. The band is fronted by Amber Hermsen (vocals, synthesizer), Gene Teysse (guitar) and Miguel Guerreiro (bass).
