A hard-hitting and emotionally charged metalcore unit based out of Salt Lake City, Utah, the New Low was formed in 2015 by former members of <a href="spotify:artist:4JdKy1fZxzk81JcVeBm2CK">Hearts & Hands</a>. Employing the talents of Garrett Garfield (vocals), Fletcher Howell (bass/vocals), Hiram Hernandez (guitar), Christopher Kim (guitar), and Corey Beaver (drums), the band's adrenaline-pumping blend of melodic alt-metal and punishing post-hardcore has drawn comparisons to groups like <a href="spotify:artist:4NiJW4q9ichVqL1aUsgGAN">A Day to Remember</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4UgQ3EFa8fEeaIEg54uV5b">Chelsea Grin</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:2nkVhQKD6oAszXeYi9S6cc">It Prevails</a>.
