From Austin to the World: After having an explosive 2022 and 2023 and being featured on major stages like Austin City Limits, FORMAT fest, and ACL Live, The Past Lives have released “Purple Dreams”, a seven track EP that aims to capture and transform the raw energy of their acclaimed live performance. As said in the Austin Chronicle “Sweat, sex, rock & roll: a formula that, when done right, never fails. The Past Lives do it to perfection.”
The EP “Purple Dreams” serves as sonic love letter for music enthusiasts and a display of the Band’s range: With the grooving urgency of “All Night”, the hypnotic guitar flourishes of “Gemini”, and the mind melting harmonies of “Take Your Time”, The Band invites its audience on a captivating journey through the past, into a future of their own musical creation.
