The Quarantined is a grunge, punk, and alternative metal project led by Sean Martin, delivering high-energy rock, aggressive dynamics, and socially critical lyrics. Originating from the Los Angeles rock and metal scene in 2011, the project gained early traction through college radio, internet radio, and DIY live shows.
Blending heavy riffs, multiple vocal styles, and politically charged songwriting, The Quarantined explores themes of mental health, trauma, addiction, war, and modern society—music designed for fans of hard rock, alternative metal, and post-grunge.
The latest release, Aversion to Normalcy (2025), recorded at Blackbird Studios and Sound Emporium in Nashville, delivers a modern, polished yet raw sound that drives repeat listens and saves.
