Formed in 2022 by Mathijs Schmidt (guitar), Jan van den Broek (vocals), and Jonah
Kuiters (vocals, guitar), The Remnant Dukes wasted no time diving into the Dutch music
scene. Their debut single Satellite introduced their catchy melodies, infectious energy,
and distinctive sound, quickly followed by Mr. Sharkman, a track that highlighted their
creative range and playful approach to songwriting.
In 2023, drummer Pieter van der Meer joined the band, bringing dynamic rhythms that
elevated their live performances. With the addition of bassist Eldar Karnaukh in 2024,
the lineup was complete, adding depth and groove to their music.
Now fully formed, The Remnant Dukes are ready to storm Dutch stages with energetic,
crowd-pleasing shows. Combining tight musicianship with a lively, welcoming
