The Royal Waev

The Royal Waev is a production duo. Royalty The Producer (Oboi Jones) and Playwai Fargo (Naeem Nelson), have teamed up to make a production team powerhouse. With help from CCM&#39;s IshDARR AND BoodahDARR, their debut single,&#34; Checks &amp; Balances&#34;, has accumulated over 250k streams. The Royal Waev has recently landed a placement with NBA 2k21 with their single “Passport” featuring <a href="spotify:artist:0ySfbtBYsLdxupXFnRqER9" data-name="Partyat4">Partyat4</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:5byn1BtQQdomxOZgqd2S0Y" data-name="J. Plaza">J. Plaza</a>.
Oboi Jones, also known as Royalty The Producer, doubles as the CEO of Thrones Of Greatness L.L.C.. The label has been established for almost 8 years and The Royal Waev is their latest venture. Oboi Jones has been featured on The Source Magazine and other platforms for projects he has completed. After signing his first hometown artist, Oboi produced Rob K&#39;s debut EP, &#34;The Comfort Zone&#34;. The project built up some buzz and hit radio waves. This later propelled Rob K to go on an independent tour with Quron Payne and Thrones Of Greatness. Breaking the news on UCLA Radio, Oboi jumped on the road to manage the &#34;Lovers and Friends Tour&#34;. Now based in Minnesota. Oboi is continuing his many ventures under the TOG umbrella.
Naeem Nelson, also known as Playwai Fargo, is the other half of The Royal Waev. Naeem is based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has taken the city by storm. His producer credits include Milwaukee Natives IshDARR, BoodahDARR, Lil Chicken, Rob K, and countless others. Playwai Fargo is a name you&#39;ll definitely want to remember as his career crescendos with The Royal Waev.
