The Self Help Group

Lounging on the South Coast of the UK, The Self Help Group have spent the last 12 years producing 2 albums, a raft of singles, countless live shows and 13 children.
With what little energy they have remaining, they return in 2023 with a new studio album, “Dream of a Ghost” which brings the listener more strange stories of love, loss and obsession.
All delivered with their trademark Americana schooled vocal harmonies and intertwining melodies, now bolstered with an occasional bleeping synthesiser.
