As the name suggests a somewhat secretive outfit lurking in the shadows of a quiet Wiltshire village.
Their underground studio bunker resides near a tunnelled siding and is the preferred refuge for collaborating producers Shadow and Retro.
Here they explore and exploit the wonders of the latest recording technology. Manipulating soundscapes, rhythms and melodic forms into musical works inspired by the rants of an irreverent poet.
Lyrically the songs aim to address the darker aspects of perceived truths and conflicts within social influences.
The outcome is an eclectic mix of experimental, electronic pop rock tracks, openly influenced by 90’s progressive TripHop dance grooves and blended with the melodic vocal performances of several featured guest artists, including Ts, AIMI and The Insiders.
