Anniston, Alabama native Thello Jay is an American recording artist, entrepreneur, and owner of Brand Management Crownline, based in Chicago, Illinois. Known for his natural ability to connect with listeners, Thello creates music that resonates worldwide, blending organic hip‑hop with heartfelt lyricism and undeniable energy. Beyond the stage, he does extensive production and songwriting work behind the scenes, where he feels most at home, further showcasing his versatility in the industry.

Thello has collaborated with some of the Midwest’s most respected artists, including Grammy Award‑winning film composer Rob Diggy, former Death Row artist Danny Boy Steward, and Aftermath signee Jon Connor, as well as sharing stages and projects with Hopsin, Jon Connor (XXL Tour), King Los, Stalley, MGK, Saba Pivot, Logic, Chevy Woods, and more.

After selling out his first show in high school, he released his debut mixtape His Era, a 15‑track project showcasing his raw storytelling, hard‑hitting production, and relatable lyrics. His work has since been featured on major hip‑hop blogs, gained traction across social media, and led to tours and collaborations that continue to expand his influence in the independent music scene.
