Houston based artist Theok Pronounced Theo k blends indie, country, and rock into guitar driven records rooted in emotion and real life. Growing up surrounded by music, he found early on that it was more than sound and it was how he learned to express himself.

What got you into music?

(Theo) I grew up listening to it. It became my way to express everything I couldn’t put into words.

Who inspires your singing?

(Theo) Koe Wetzel, Sam Canty, and M. Shadows juice wrld even though I make a different genre was a very big impact on a lot of my music.

Who shaped you on guitar?

(Theo) Jason Becker and Steve Vai.

What do you want fans to feel?

(Theo) What I feel. I want people to truly relate to the music.

What sets you apart?

(Theo) My sound. Everyone in my scene sounds different, and I love that and so I keep pushing my sound farther
