Thoughts And Notions is an Inspirational Power-Pop band from the Philippines that aims to uplift wounded souls with their brand of music. Started out as members of their Church's Music Ministry, the band was founded by Jasper Lloyd Tan (Chief Lyricist), Wilbert Tan/Wile Lile (composer/arranger), and Thrina Dimaano (Vocalist).
In 2004, they decided to produce a 10 track album for a Fund Raising Project. The album was entitled In Awe of His Amazing Love and was released nationwide on 2006 by a major Record Label. In 2009, they independently released a new single Runaway Angel, which got them nominated in the 2009 NU 107 Rock Awards. Philippine's biggest Rock Radio Station at that time.
They made their digital music debut in 2021 with their 2009 indie album (Love, Faith, Hope, Redemption). The carrier single Beloved Savior and later on the song What Real Christmas Means to Me made it to Spotify's New Music Friday Playlist. While Thrina took a break, a third album Thoughts And Notions: PLUS (A Collection of Song Collaborations) was released.
In 2024 an old song Free was released and made it to Spotify's Fresh Finds Playlist. Thrina would make her comeback through the song Countdown to Forever. The band is currently working on re-recording 20th Anniversary Editions of songs from their debut album. With A Love So Real (20Th Anniversary Edition) landing on SPOTIFY's New Music Friday Playlist.
