Tim Prottey-Jones

Tim Prottey-Jones is a respected multi-instrumentalist, session musician, songwriter, producer, vocalist, band leader and solo artist.


His drive and passion for country music has seen him achieve admirable success in his UK homeland and in America, as founder member of Decca/Universal recording artists The Wandering Hearts and in his own right.


After a whirlwind four-year period – 2015 to 2019 - with the four-piece group, Tim left The Wandering Hearts to write with/for and produce other artists.


But lately Tim has been laying down the concrete foundations for a solo career, writing and recording his debut solo singles, "Bite the Bullet", released in late 2020 & "Good Life" in February this year. His last single, "Until I Do" features the amazing vocal talents of US Country star, Stephanie Quayle. Tim has just released his brand new single, “Fire”, which is available everywhere now!


Tim has shared stages & bills with the likes of Robert Plant, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, Chris Stapleton & Mumford & Sons. As well as this, Tim made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2018 as well as playing sets at the legendary Ryman auditorium & Bluebird Cafe.
