Tim van Werd’s interest in music began at a young age with the drums, trumpet, and piano through training in classical, pop, and jazz music.
As a melodic house producer, this expertise shines through in his seamless productions and dynamic style that blends elements of different genres. Since 2012 Tim started playing in clubs and in 2013 he started producing his own music. In 2016 he graduated at the Herman Brood Academy in Utrecht as a Dance Producer. With over 15 million streams on his releases and dreamy livesets Tim is indispensable in the melodic scene.
A highlight last year was a release on Armin van Buuren's recordlabel Armada. Armin invited Tim to play at A State Of Trance and recorded a podcast to talk about his career.
One of his most successful songs 'Believe' is loved by many in the melodic scene with over 2 million streams. Beside singles Tim was asked to remix the legendary songs 'Reflekt - Need To Feel Loved' and 'Michael Gray - The Weekend’. Tim van Werd's discography got acknowledged by leading artists all over the world, for example; Joris Voorn, Tinlicker, Eelke Kleijn, Nora en Pure.
This year Tim is picking up speed by playing at the mainstage of Ultra Sonic Festival, A State Of Trance, a liveshow with an orchestra and a monthly show on Slam!
